We charge a flat rate of $49.95 an hour no matter how many computers you need networked, repaired and/or upgraded. This flat rate includes labor and travel within our travel area. We will perform any or all of the services and issues listed on the Home page at no extra charge.
We can install a Linux router (with a GUI) and then teach you how to manage it, or we can manage it remotely for you.
We can install network jacks almost anywhere
We will not put a network jack in the middle of the wall like this example unless you want us too. We can also move jacks like this.
Install network data and similar jacks into walls/floors/ceilings and run cable/wire.
Install and configure supporting hardware, work stations/servers.
Install network printers.
As many computers as you need networked, no extra labor charge per machine
Perform a Complete network test to make sure everything is working properly.
To complete the installation some extra charges may apply, these charges are for materials needed to complete the installation, which may include:
network jacks/sockets
cable/wiring
network/wireless routers
Hardware for your computers and network if you do not already have it. Such as ethernet cards and routers and/or switches depending on how many computers need networked
The average hardware cost of installing two network jacks (point to point) in a home is : $50 plus an additional $3 per ten foot distance between the jacks. Additional installed network jacks average $25. This does not include hourly rate or materials needed to fill in holes in sheetrock left by moving network jacks.
